By downloading, installing, creating an account for, or using the SixSeven app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). SixSeven is an independent dating and friendship service based in Malta ("SixSeven", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the App.
Your use of SixSeven is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SixSeven. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you provide about your age is accurate.
If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate steps regarding the associated data.
You may delete your SixSeven account through the account settings in the App.
SixSeven may offer optional identity verification through a third-party identity verification provider, such as Stripe Identity.
Identity verification is voluntary. Users who successfully complete identity verification may receive a verification badge on their profile.
Identity verification can help increase trust between users, but SixSeven cannot guarantee that verification prevents all false identities, impersonation, fraud, or other misuse of the service.
SixSeven provides features that allow adults to discover and connect with other users for dating or friendship. Profiles may include photographs, name, age, profile information, and a short profile description.
SixSeven may present multiple profiles at the same time and allow users to respond using options such as Yes, Maybe Later, or No. Users may use an unlimited number of shuffles. A maximum of one Yes may be selected per shuffle. A Maybe Later selection may cause a profile to be shown again at a later time.
Chat may become available when users have matched according to the App's matching system.
SixSeven does not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, friendships, dates, or any particular outcome from using the App.
Users may upload, submit, send, or otherwise provide content through SixSeven, including profile photographs, profile information, profile text, and messages ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. By providing User Content through the App, you grant SixSeven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful and that you have the right to upload or share it.

SixSeven provides tools that allow users to report and block other users. You should report content or behaviour that you believe violates these Terms or creates a safety concern.
Blocking a user may prevent further interaction between the relevant accounts.
SixSeven may review reports and User Content where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with applicable law, or protect users and the service.
We may remove content, restrict access to features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a serious safety or security risk. We may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or prevent ongoing abuse.
Interactions through SixSeven may lead to users meeting in person. SixSeven does not conduct comprehensive background checks on all users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, behaviour, or safety of any user.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with another user. When meeting someone in person, we recommend that you meet in a public place, tell a trusted person where you are going, arrange your own transportation, avoid sharing sensitive financial information, and end the meeting or contact if you feel unsafe.
SixSeven's dating, friendship, matching, and messaging functionality is currently provided free of charge.
SixSeven does not currently offer Premium subscriptions, paid shuffles, coaching services, or a paid wallet system.
If paid functionality is introduced in the future, applicable terms and pricing will be clearly disclosed and these Terms may be updated accordingly.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the SixSeven Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.
SixSeven is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep the service functioning reliably but cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.
SixSeven does not control everything users say or do. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SixSeven is not responsible for the conduct of users inside or outside the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SixSeven will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the App where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law or limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, created a safety risk for other users, engaged in fraud, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity, is under 18, or has attempted to compromise the security or operation of SixSeven.
Users may stop using SixSeven or delete their account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to SixSeven, applicable law, safety practices, or our services.
Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the App, by email, or through another appropriate method. The updated Terms will state the date on which they become effective.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
